Giovanni Fiorentini

Giovanni is my younger son, and by now a cool young man (he was born on 29 June 2007). He absorbed well the move to Berlin, and just completed the MSA exam in the 10th German class, and now moves on to the Oberstufe leading to the Abitur.
He now passionately plays rugby mainly as a center or full-back in the Berliner Sportverein 1892, and was in the U16 team that won the rugby-7 U16 German championship, and placed 3rd in the rugby-15.
He plays drums fairly seriously; we recently collaborated on a studio record and all of us were quite surprised. Here he is, sitting in Andrea Cutri's Sinis Waves studio in Cabras, Sardinia, at a Yamaha drum set which once belonged to Steve Gadd. Whoa.

An historical perspective, dating back to 2009 or so, follows.

I know I sound like a silly proud father, but the guy is really smart - and having his sisters as reference I know what I'm talking about... So here you go with some pictures.
