The Kyocera TASKalfa 5053ci is a black&white and color multi-function printer, A4/A3 formats, located in room 1B11 (first floor).
Monthly usage limits (including copies) are as follows:
- black&white: 7500 impressions/month
- color: 3000 impressions/month
Since black&white usage limit is higher than color, please create two printers, one for black&white the other for color, and favor black&white printing whenever possible.
NOTE: in case usage limits are hit beforehand, the corresponding queue on print server will be disabled until the beginning of the following month.
The following procedure has been tested on MacOS X v10.15 (Catalina), but different MacOS versions may lead to differences w.r.t. the outlined procedure.
