The Kyocera TASKalfa 5053ci is a black&white and color multi-function printer, A4/A3 formats, located in room 1B11 (first floor).
Monthly usage limits (including copies) are as follows:
- black&white: 7500 impressions/month
- color: 3000 impressions/month
Since black&white usage limit is higher than color, please create two printers, one for black&white the other for color, and favor black&white printing whenever possible.
NOTE: in case usage limits are hit beforehand, the corresponding queue on print server will be disabled until the beginning of the following month.
The following procedure has been tested on Windows 10, but different system configurations may lead to differences w.r.t. the outlined procedure.
